Management Rate – 6% gross rent

Leasing – 1 month’s rent

Maintenance – in-house: $75 per hour, outsourced: billed at cost

Inspections - $75 per visit (Fall, Spring, Intake, Moving)

Rent Warranty - $100 per month

Evictions – billed at paralegal costs

The AutoPilot Plan

Looking for peace of mind? This all-inclusive plan eliminates as much of the headaches as possible. Let us handle the day-to-day, season-to-season and lease-to-lease issues that arise with your properties.

Management Rate – 10% gross rent

Leasing – ½ month’s rent

Maintenance – in-house: first hour always included, $75 per hour thereafter, outsourced: billed at cost

Inspections - included

Rent Warranty - included
